Pay it Forward – Free Functional Exercise Routine
Here’s something a little bit different that we are proud to be involved with. One of our directors, Matthew Harris, has teamed up with Ed Paget from Intrinsi in Canada to produce this short exercise routine. What’s novel about it, is that they are asking anyone who takes advantage of this free resource to ‘pay it forward’ and do a random act of kindness for someone else. In addition, they ask that people share this in the comments section below the video so that they can inspire others.
The exercises are whole body and progress from easy to hard; it should challenge most people’s strength and coordination.
