Melbourne Dance Workshop by Dr. Shaani Marguccio
Melbourne’s turn! Last Thursday I had the opportunity to hold a workshop for the dancers of O’Connor School of Irish Dancing as well as some ballerinas at Aspect Motion.
The workshop focused on 3D mobility specific to Irish Dancers as well as looking at fitness and lower limb strength and power. All the dancers did a fabulous job giving everything a go!
It really was great to work with some ballerinas again. Took me back to my ballet days, so many fond memories!
