Get Your Ferment On!

It’s great to see fermented foods making it into our conventional supermarkets. Probiotic foods form part of a healthy diet. Kombucha is a fantastic and tasty way to get access to transient probiotics. These fermented little critters help to stimulate our microbiome (gut bacteria) providing an immune response and building our health.

Given that there are plenty of fantastic flavours there is no reason not to make them a part of our daily routine. This becomes essential over the Chrissy period when we are all prone to overindulging and letting our whole food, nutrient dense healthy eating slack off.

If you haven’t tried them give them a go and get ur ferment on!
