The Balance Runner at Stable Base

Big thanks to Paul MacKinnon from the balanced runner for an interesting talk and demonstration of his unique method of working with runners. Make sure you check out his link. I would also like to thank Greg Jacobs from Stable Base in doing such a great job organising the evening. The talk took place on Tuesday evening and was booked out. Many therapists from many disciplines attended as well as loads of interested runners. It was great to see quite a few osteos in the room.

Whiles Pauls techniques and methods were novel and not something I have encountered with any other running coach his principles resonated with those of EC. Namely every runner is unique, allow the system to self-organise around the task and of course, Everything Connected.
